For a 2nd consecutive year, the 2nd Athens Customer Experience Festival (ACEF 2015), powered by Secret Key, which took place on May the 14th at the "Pentelikon Estate" in Varympompi, Athens, succeeded in unveiling the criticality of Customer Experience by presenting the latest trends and demonstrating some of the Greek and international success stories in the Customer Experience Innovation field. The Festival attended more than 250 senior executives of the Greek market.
MPASS sponsored the Omnichannel Experience stream of the Festival, as a leading service provider, specialized in delivering quality and tailor-made technological solutions that cover the fields of Omnichannel Marketing, leveraging the whole range of digital channels (e.g. mobile, interactive smart screens, smart tags, social media, digital and mobile couponing, email, newsletters) with the supplementary use of traditional channels.
MPASS participated in the Festival giving prominence with interactive way to Gamification experience as dynamic tool in Experience Management, both via the strong presence with its pavilion and via the opportunity that gave to Festival attendants to participate in a series of game mechanics, titled Gameroom. The games have been designed especially for ACEF 2015 on the gamification platform of Hooptap, the latest partnership of MPASS and a leading Gamification developer worldwide.
During the Festival, MPASS representatives, shared the latest consumer shopping trends, and explained the importance of omnichannel approach in the market and the power of fun element in the service of exceptional customer experience, loyalty and engagement through gamification.
The attendants of the 2nd Athens Customer Experience Festival could also be connected to a web application specially developed for the festival by MPASS where they had their mobile check-in & registration during festival entrance with embedded rich content and proximity marketing, they were informed about festival’s agenda and speakers, participated in live polls, asked questions to speakers and experienced many additional features of the MPASS high-end application for conferences.
