We only collect information you provide us directly. We don’t rely on information we obtain from third party sources.

An indication in the Site is included, requesting your explicit opt-in and consensus on the Privacy Terms. In any subsequent communication, an opt-out option will be included in any email you will receive. Only authorised person is able to obtain your actual provided contact details in order to communicate with you via email.

In our CONTACT form you enter your Name, your email address, a subject of the topic you are interested and a message. We collect all the provided data in the CONTACT form, and store them anonymously using randomization techniques. An indication in the Site is included, requesting your consensus on the Privacy Terms. Only authorised person is able to obtain your actual provided contact details in order to communicate with you via email. In any subsequent communication, an opt-out option will be included in any email you will receive.

We may also ask for your separate consent to the collection of information or to notify you separately about how we collect your personal information in a manner not described in this Privacy Policy as required for certain additional services.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your information with third parties. In general, we use Non-Personal Information to improve our Site and your experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site.

We use the information we collect the contact information you provide us to send custom content, promotions, news and information about MPASS services, products and projects, after giving your individual consent where necessary.

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

The above terms and conditions, as in force from time to time, are governed by Greek and European law and any disputes arising therefrom shall come under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
