Elpedison e-couponing rewarding project

ELPEDISON, a leading provider in energy production, energy supply and gas supply in the Greek market,  ran a New Customers rewarding digital campaign in collaboration with MPASS Ltd.

Every new customer received an SMS with a personalized discount coupon for purchases in major retailers. The new customers could redeem the coupon at Retail Chains collaborating with ELPEDISON, such as Public, Media Markt, Electronet and FOS, simply  by excibiting at the store cashiers the 8-digit coupon code received in their mobile phone. The whole process could be easily completed by retailers, using only one screen web page.

E-Coupon platform ,based on a MPASS Fideli’Be Loyalty, CRM and Campaign Management platform, provided a customized panel and a detailed on-line real time reporting tool, while it was offering a full flexibility to ELPEDISON in managing the campaign rules and scheduling.
