AB Vassilopoulos, a leading supermarket chain in Greece, launch “Armonia” a brand new in-store healthy corner with Armonia Infokiosk that offers a digital experience of shopping healthy products, via the MPASS’s Fideli.Be Platform.

Through the Infokiosk application customers discover useful information for a wide variety of products; the app includes a large selection of healthy goods - more than 1,600- from vegan to sugar-free, environmental friendly and herbal cosmetics. Infokiosk app act as a self-service substitute, the available filters guide the users either to find a product with specific characteristics (vegan, gluten free etc) or to navigate in a pool of common healthy goods in order to find useful information for their attributes. Moreover, for a more friendly & seamless navigation the app suggests to the user similar products that matching their preferences based on their navigation path.For information on the spot, barcode scanning is also available. The Customers Journey data, provided a wealth of information about preferences, when, and what the customers looking for and interested more. Those feeds, allow retailer to cross-promotions, introduce new offers and products, organize available stock, for improving customer experience.
