MPASS will sponsor the "2nd Athens Customer Experience Festival“ (ACEF), which will take place on May 14th at the "Pentelikon Estate" in a wonderful green area of 32 acres in Varympompi.
The ACEF aims at unveiling the criticality of Customer Experience by presenting the latest trends and international success stories in the Customer Experience Innovation field across the world. The ACEF embraces the whole field of the Customer Experience battleground: from strategy and philosophy to people and behaviors. Also provides in-depth understanding of the ever changing consumer profile and highlights the importance of integrating physical and digital experience channels.
MPASS sponsors the Omnichannel Experience stream of the Festival, as a leading service provider, specialized in delivering quality tailor-made technological solutions that cover the fields of Omnichannel Campaign Management, leveraging the whole range of digital channels (mobile, smart screens, smart tags, social media, digital couponing, email, newsletters …) with the supplementary use of traditional channels.
During the Festival, MPASS will give to participants the opportunity to discover how to create exceptional customer experience, build loyalty and achieve engagement goals through gamification.
