Excelixi+me Employee Engagement platform

Excelixi Center of Sustainable Entrepreneurship had the objective to motivate bank employees across the Branches Network of Piraeus Bank, gaining certain knowledge about its scope and services.
For this awareness project, “GAIMING”, the gamification platform developed by MPASS Ltd, was used to offer a new way of engaging and motivating employees via educative quizzes, skill and fun games. Almost 2000 employees were engaged in the platform, turning their everyday activity into a fun and effective experience. The platform was responsive and compatible to all devices and browsers, allowing users to have access by using their means of preference.
 
Via “GAIMING” Platform, participants had the ability to:

• Create and edit their personal profile.
• Earn points by completing challenging tasks.
• Take part in daily mini-quizzes.
• Watch their progress while completing tasks, in a customized progress bar.
• Read articles via the Library module. 
• View their ranking among colleagues through Leaderboard. 
• Be rewarded and view prizes via the Marketplace.
