Gaming experience for AB Vassilopoulos customers

AB Vassilopoulos, a top company of the Greek retail sector, launches gaming experience for its customers using the MPASS Ltd Gamification platform. In collaboration with MPASS, casual, lucky, knowledge and mental games were designed and deployed in ABTouchPoints interactive info-kiosks - installed in AB stores - or via the AB website. The business goal behind this experience approach is to strengthen and award the loyalty of customers.

Through gamification, ΑΒ Vassilopoulos encourages customers to register their email and/or mobile phone, and, thus, maintaining up-to-date customer details. By completing the games, AB customers are rewarded with bonus ABplus points which can be redeemed for discounts in their future purchases, while interacting with their favorite brands.

The MPASS Gamification service is being launched in Greece as a digital vehicle that increases loyalty in the retail market.
